KNM through FBM ICOSS supplies welded plate heat exchanger and high-pressure vessels for chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical field and aerospace industries. The three main configurations for welded plate heat exchangers are Plate box Exchanger, Plate bundle Exchanger and Shell & Plate Exchanger. FBM ICOSS has experience in all stainless steel grades, duplex material, hastelloy, aluminium, nickel, super alloy, zirconium and titanium. The welded plate production is carried out with an extremely powerful resistance spot weld machine (1250Kw power) that allows easy welding of plates up to 6+6 mm with low thermal input. This weld guarantees a surface corrosion resistance equal to the raw material. The sealing of each plate depending on the type, High Pressure-Low Pressure, is done by resistance seam welding or by plasma welding. At the end, the final assembly is done with a special machine where the plates are pressed together and welded at the same time to avoid any distortion. |
